Delivery Policy 

All products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our US production facility.

  • Production Times:

    • Message card jewelry: 2–3 business days

    • Engraved / Stamped jewelry: 3–5 business days

    • Acrylic gifts: 3–5 business days

  • Transit Times (after production):

    • USA (all states): 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS

    • Canada - Within 4-10 business days
    • Europe - Within 2-7 business days
    • Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
    • Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days
    • All Other Items: USA ~ 5 to 16 business days, Rest of the world ~ 7 to 25 business days.

 

  • Holiday Cutoffs: Each November, we post official Christmas delivery deadlines from our carriers. These are displayed in a clear banner across our website and product pages. Orders placed before that date are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

  • Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive an email when your order ships, or you can check anytime via our Track Order page.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. 

     

    WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

    We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

    Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

    If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
