Orders & Processing

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: All of our products are custom-made. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this time, production may already have started. Please email us immediately at Info@EssentialHomeZone.com if you need assistance.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes — we offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States. For faster delivery, we also offer Priority Shipping at checkout for an additional cost.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. This allows us to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery for our customers.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order is produced, shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days. Priority shipping is faster and can be selected at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Q: What happens if I entered the wrong address?
A: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (changed mind) or incorrect choice of product, size, or message card.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.


Holiday Season

Q: Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?
A: During the holiday season (October–December), shipping carriers may experience higher volumes. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive tracking updates for every order.
