Where do you ship from?
All orders are made and shipped from our US production facility.

A: Production takes 2–3 business days for most jewelry.
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the USA.
Q: Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
A: Yes — we post a holiday delivery cutoff date in November based on carrier guidance. A banner will be displayed on our website showing the exact deadline. Be sure to order before this date to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost. Just email us with your order number and a photo.
Q: Do you offer returns if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Yes! Every piece comes in a complimentary jewelry box. At checkout, you can upgrade to a mahogany/LED box, add a gift bag kit, or include earrings/bouquet add-ons.
