Orders & Processing
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: All of our products are custom-made. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this time, production may already have started. Please email us immediately at Info@EssentialHomeZone.com if you need assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States. For faster delivery, you can upgrade to Express Shipping (FedEx 1–2 Business Days) for a flat $20 at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. This allows us to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery for our customers.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order is produced, shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days. Express Shipping (FedEx): $20 flat rate, 1–2 business days
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: What happens if I entered the wrong address?
A: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (changed mind) or incorrect choice of product, size, or message card.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Holiday Season
Q: Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?
A: During the holiday season (October–December), shipping carriers may experience higher volumes. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order ships.
